“Cheerleading has always been a huge part of my life, inspired by my older sister and the strong team bond I saw in her growing up. I fell in love with the sport and everything it gave me, especially lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories. My journey took an unexpected turn during high school when a serious injury prevented me from cheering my senior year. While that season of life was incredibly hard, it also opened the door to something new; coaching tumbling and, eventually, supporting athletes and families in a different way through the front office. Before I ever coached a class, I learned firsthand how much strength it takes to rebuild and redirect. That experience shaped my heart for this sport and made me even more passionate about encouraging the next generation, whether that’s from the mat or behind the front desk.
Now, as Front Office Manager at Foundation Athletics, I love being a part of each family’s journey. Whether I’m answering questions, helping with schedules, or just welcoming athletes with a smile, I’m grateful to be in a role where I can serve our gym community every day. One verse that reminds me why I’m here is Proverbs 19:21 — “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” Even when life didn’t go according to my plan, it led me exactly where I’m meant to be. ”
