Jeremy Adams is a highly accomplished CEO and Founder of Foundation Athletics, renowned for his extraordinary achievements and vast experience in the competitive gymnastics and all-star cheerleading industries. With a remarkable journey spanning 18 years in competitive gymnastics, including 6 years as an elite level gymnast, Jeremy has consistently showcased his exceptional talent and unwavering dedication to excellence.

As a National Team Champion, Jeremy has not only demonstrated his expertise as a gymnast but also represented the pinnacle of athletic achievement in the sport. His remarkable career continued at The University of Oklahoma, where he competed for the best D1 college team in the country and earned recognition as an NCAA All-American, solidifying his position as one of the Top 8 best gymnasts in the United States.

Jeremy's dedication to continuous improvement led him to train under some of the world's finest coaches at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, enriching his knowledge and honing his coaching skills. This early exposure to coaching ignited a passion that he pursued relentlessly throughout his career.

With a rich coaching background spanning over 13 years in the all-star cheer world, Jeremy's impact on the industry is profound. He started his coaching journey at Cheer Corp all stars in Orlando and continued to excel at Rock Solid All Stars in St. Pete, Florida. Jeremy's coaching prowess was instrumental in elevating the tumbling skills of athletes and guiding one of their Senior 4 all-star teams to victory at Summit, the most prestigious competition of the season.

At the age of 24, Jeremy ventured into entrepreneurship by starting a consulting business. His expertise in teaching proper technique and progressions to ensure athlete safety earned him recognition as a sought-after consultant. He traveled across the US and Europe, collaborating with numerous all-star cheer programs to enhance their coaching methodologies. Jeremy's exceptional guidance also played a crucial role in propelling a new program to rapid growth, reaching over 400 athletes within a year and a half with a remarkable injury-free record.

Currently, Jeremy's impact continues to flourish as he works directly with over 500 actively enrolled athletes through private tumbling, stunting, strength, and flexibility lessons. His specialized coaching has produced a legion of State, National and World Champions, further cementing his position as a prominent figure in the cheerleading community.
